If you are part of an educational program or cohort through Vigilant IQ, your program administrator may have access to certain performance data, such as mock exam scores and quiz progress for NCCAA exam preparation. This helps administrators track group progress and provide support. CME course progress is not shared with program administrators.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. This includes using HTTPS to encrypt data in transit and relying on secure hosting infrastructure provided by trusted cloud providers.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. CME records and certificates are retained as required by accreditation standards.
You may reset your learning progress at any time through your account settings, which allows you to start fresh. However, historical records are retained for compliance and analytical purposes. If you wish to request complete deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us and we will handle your request on a case-by-case basis, subject to any legal retention requirements.
