Add to Your Home Screen
Get instant access to Vigilant IQ with a single tap — no app store needed.
Vigilant IQ works great in your mobile browser, but adding it to your home screen gives you a full-screen, app-like experience with a dedicated icon — just like a native app. Make sure you're logged in at app.vigilantiq.com before adding it so the shortcut opens straight to your dashboard.
Note:The steps below are for Safari, but this also works in Chrome on iOS — just tap the Share icon (square with an arrow) in Chrome's address bar, then follow the same steps from Step 3 onward.
Log in to Vigilant IQ in Safari
Open Safari and go to app.vigilantiq.com. Log in to your account so you're viewing your dashboard.
Tap the Share button
Tap the ••• (three dots) button at the right end of the address bar. On older iOS versions, you won't see this — instead, look for the Share icon (a square with an upward arrow) directly in the bottom toolbar.
Select "Add to Home Screen"
Scroll down in the share menu and tap "Add to Home Screen." If you don't see it right away, scroll down — it's sometimes further down the list depending on your iOS version.
Tap "Add"
Confirm the name and tap Add in the top-right corner. Vigilant IQ will appear on your home screen.
Tip:After adding, open Vigilant IQ from your home screen to get the full-screen experience without browser bars.
